WBSE completed the purchase and renovation of a vacant 176,000 square foot facility in Fairfield, Ohio. US Foods, Inc. was the previous owner and used the building as a distribution center. After the purchase, the building was converted into an SQF Level 3 processing and packaging facility for Sugar Creek Packing. WBSE maintains ownership of the facility.
