Pizza Distribution Facility
Project Overview
WBSE completed the construction of a 188,000 square foot food distribution facility in Romeoville, Illinois for ARYZTA. The facility features an 80 foot tall, 100,000 square foot, negative 10 degree freezer with a semi-automated racking system and a refrigerated conveyor system, which transfers product from the adjacent manufacturing facility. WBSE acted as a fee developer on this ground up build-to-suit project.
