Beef Processing Facility

Project Overview

WBSE has broken ground on a build-to-suit beef processing facility in Opelika, Alabama for Golden State Foods. The state-of-the-art facility will be approximately 165,000 square feet and have four temperature zones. WBSE negotiated significant tax incentives for Golden State Foods during the site selection process. WBSE is acting as a fee developer on the project.
